Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently working with a client who is looking to a hire a Digital Marketing Analyst in Norcross. This role is 4 days onsite.


The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from a variety of digital marketing platforms to optimize campaign performance and inform business strategies. This role requires expertise in data analytics, data visualization, and proficiency in digital marketing tools to evaluate KPIs, track performance, and create actionable insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze digital marketing data from various platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to visualize marketing performance and business impact.
  • Monitor and track KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics to assess the success of digital marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Google Analytics & Google Ads:
  • Manage and monitor Google Analytics data to provide insights into website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze paid media campaigns through Google Ads and PPC channels, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, goals, and custom reports within Google Analytics.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize digital campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve traffic, engagement, leads, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages based on analytical findings.
  • Forecasting & Trend Analysis:
  • Analyze historical data to identify trends and forecast future digital marketing performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on emerging trends and opportunities in digital marketing.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives and strategy.
  • Support stakeholders by creating ad-hoc analysis and answering data-related questions to drive business decisions.


Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Background ( 2-3 Years Experience Creating/Maintaining Visual Data with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau / etc, along with GA4, GTM, Google Ads).
  • Experience with Digital Advertising (Google Ads, LSAs, PPC, Display, Remarketing/Retargeting, OTV/CTV, Programmatic, etc).
